Dr. Mona Delahooke, a licensed clinical psychologist and trainer for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, will present cutting-edge research on various ways adults can help support psychological resilience and optimal long-term outcomes for children.

Participants will learn the difference between “top-down” and “bottom-up” processes as the first step in a roadmap to address behavioral challenges and discover how attuned relationships create the best platform for teaching and learning, help reduce teacher stress, heal toxic stress and engender hope for all of us who work with young children.
