Mark your calendars! On Tuesday, December 3, 2019—the Tuesday after Thanksgiving—our entire community will come together to celebrate #GivingTuesday—a global day dedicated to giving—in support of our School.

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. We celebrate this day on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.), which follows the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.

  • All Day Matching Gift Challenge!
  • 7:30-8:00 am: Donuts at Drop Off
  • 7:30 am-3:30pm: Visit the Donor Wall & Add Your Story, #GivingTuesday Headquarters on first floor
  • 7:45-9:45 am: Pop Up Coffee on Pilot Plaza
  • 3:00-3:30pm: Special Treats at Pick Up

Don't let your generous gift-giving go by without sharing the love ... follow these simple steps to tell everyone you know that you made a gift to Sinai Akiba Academy.
  1. Make your gift by December 3, 2019.
  2. Follow Sinai Akiba on Facebook and Instagram and like/share our posts! 
  3. Post on social media to tell everyone that you participated by sharing one of the graphics provided (below).
  4. Join our Giving Tuesday Facebook event. Share your SAA love and hear about things happening throughout the day on campus. 
  5. Give your social media accounts an SAA makeover using the graphics provided to dress up your profile image, banner graphics, or just to share in a post! We even have some suggestions below that you can use.
  6. Share one of our Sinai Akiba Academy posts with your followers.

Sinai Akiba Academy is a private Jewish day school in Los Angeles, serving students in Early Childhood through Grade 8. We also offer a variety of parenting classes and programs for children through our Parenting Center
