Paula Gild Stern graduated from UCLA. After graduating she worked for five years in the event planning business, where she honed her skills working with other nationally acclaimed event planners and went on to start Gilded Events 18 years ago.
She is currently working on getting her Integrative Health Practitioner Certification to become a health coach, and educate others on how to detox mentally and physically to become the best version of themselves.
She has an extensive culinary background and loves making fun creative meals with healthy ingredients. She prides herself on using wholefood and easy to follow simple recipes to get the finickiest eaters to love and eat healthy food.

Sinai Akiba Academy is a private Jewish day school in Los Angeles, serving students in Early Childhood through Grade 8. We also offer a variety of parenting classes and programs for children through our Parenting Center. A Sinai Temple school.
