The Douglas Family Early Childhood Center nurtures our youngest Jewish hearts and minds, ages 16 months-5 years old. The ECC is constantly evolving to offer the most ambitious, child-friendly, spirit-rich, and joyful Jewish environments, in which to foster curiosity and grow happy kids. With research-based early childhood educational approaches, loving and highly-qualified teachers, joyful holiday celebrations, and stunning indoor and outdoor facilities, the Douglas Family ECC provides a warm, supportive space in which imagination is set free.
Our child-centered, developmentally responsive program reflects a deep respect for children and provides a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment. Here, we see learning as an active, social endeavor and we strive to educate all aspects of your child: social, spiritual, cognitive, physical, and emotional.

Sinai Akiba has been such a warm and joy-filled start to our Jewish Day School journey. The administration acts as a partner helping you through the whole way from early childhood onward and as a cheerleader for each individual student's successes and milestones. Jewish traditions come alive in the classrooms of Sinai Akiba, and when my son comes home singing the hymns of modeh ani after Shabbat celebrations at school, I know I've made the best choice for him in sending him to Sinai Akiba.

About Sinai Akiba Academy
Sinai Akiba Academy is a private Jewish day school in Los Angeles, serving students in Early Childhood through Grade 8. We also offer a variety of parenting classes and programs for children through our Parenting Center. A Sinai Temple school.
