  • Apply by January 17

    Many grades within our school generate three times as many applicants as there are spaces, so applying early is important. While we accept applications after this date, we cannot guarantee that spaces will still be available.
  • Reference Your Admission Checklist

    Using your online application as a guide, make a checklist to keep track of all application materials.
  • K-8 Parent Authorization for Release of School Records

    Required for all K-8 applicants. Please sign and date this form and send it to your child's current school's main office. 
  • K-8 Confidential Teacher Recommendation Form

    Required for all K-8 applicants. The recommendation forms are available online through your checklist, which will be available after your inquiry has been processed. If you have questions, please contact the admission office directly at admissions@sinaiakiba.org.
  • Student Assessment

    Kindergarten applicants: please save the date for your child's assessment to take place on Sunday, February 9. More details will be sent via email to all candidates. 

    Grade 1-8 applicants: After our application deadline, we will be in touch to schedule your child's assessment.

    Please note: we do not conduct assessments of ECC applicants. 
  • Parent Interview

    Parent interviews will be scheduled once your child's full application is complete, including supplemental materials. This is a mutual opportunity for us to get to know each other and ask questions. 
  • Enrollment Process

    Toddler Applicants: On Friday, March 20, 2020 by 4:00pm, all admission decisions will be released via Jagnet, and an email will be sent, as well. Should you be offered a position within one of our grades, your child's enrollment agreement and deposit are due back no later than noon on March 27, 2020, to guarantee your child's spot. After this date, your acceptance may be rescinded and offered to another student in our wait pool.

    All other applicants: On March 13, 2020, at 5:00pm, all admission decisions will be released via Jagnet, and an email will be sent, as well. Should you be offered a position within one of our grades, your child's enrollment agreement, new student fee, and deposit are due back no later than noon on Monday, March 23, 2020, to guarantee your child's spot. After this date, your acceptance may be rescinded and offered to another student in our wait pool.
  • Final Transcript

    For Grades 1-8:
    Your child’s current school office must send a copy of your child's final report card and standardized test scores (Grades 4-8) before your child can begin at our School in the fall.
